We are a performing tap dance group which rehearses weekly at Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Montgomery. The Dancing Grandmas on Tap perform at retirement homes and community events in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. The group was founded by the legendary Harris Rosedale in 1982. From ages 61 to 80, our dancers enjoy performing for a variety of audiences.

Our shows are joyful, energy-filled events that lift the spirits of our audiences. Since we are a non-profit volunteer group, we request a minimum suggested donation of $75 for a performance. Contact us below for more information on booking a show!

If you are an adult with at least one year of tap dance experience and would enjoy being part of our performing group, let us know on our contact page or call our leader. We would love to have you come check out a show or practice. Being a grandparent is not a requirement! And we'd love to have a gentleman or two join us - we don't mind changing our name for you!
If you have not yet learned to tap dance, contact us for suggestions of adult classes. It's never too late to give it a try!
